After deposit had been paid please fill out reservation form and send (form on the web, copy, paste, fill out, copy, paste, send as an attachment) to an e-mail

with your name, e-mail address, desired kitten (sex, color), and some information about you. After I get your e-mail & payment conformation from paypal I will send you e-mail-receipt. When kitten you reserved will be born and turns 3 weeks old I will send you the kitten's photo for you to approve or to be moved to the next litter if you would like to. The price on the kittens varies, and depends on what it is you want, the pet (show quality with out rights to show) or show. The pet is $700.00, show is $2000.00. I will specify what kitten could be pet & show.

I will no longer sell kitten as a breeder.

You can reserve the kitten at it birth or prior with deposit for $103.30 total to be paid when making reservation to put thru paypal(100+3.30 fee)

THE BALANCE due upon pick up, unless shipping is in order, CAN BE certified bank/cashier check, money order, cash (plese do not send the cash by mail) and /or to guarantee specific one, you will need to pre-pay for one you like the most with the payment of the half of the cost (after my approval by e-mail or over the phone). A kitten could be taken from the mammy after he or she turns 3 months (could be 8.5 weeks with one vaccination upon my aproval). I do ship in US. The shipping charges, cage and all nessesary paper work is additional and run $400.00 and need to be paid in full before the shipping.

IF SUCH PROBLEM ARISE I WILL TAKE KITTEN BACK AS PER CONTRACT ON THE WEB BUT THE MONEY PAID BY A BUYER WILL BE LOST.

IF YOU HAVE A SEVERE ALLERGY TO CATS IT IS ALMOST 100% THAT YOU HAVE AN ALLERGY TO SOME OTHER STAFF LIKE SAND, DUST, GENERAL HAIR, ETC. PLEASE CONSIDER VERY SERIOUSLY AND THINK MANY TIMES BEFORE ADAPTING A CAT OR KITTEN.

Please keep in mind that we are a small cattery and do not produce kittens every month. So, if you pass by one kitten it might be some time before you will have the opportunity to reserve another. The Regal Siberian will be glad to hear from you
Each kitten will receive first vaccination with Fel-O-Guard at the age of 8 weeks with reoccurring second shots at the age of 12 weeks unless future owner prefers to take kitten early and assumes that responsibility in agreement with me after kitten wined from the mother cat and turn at least 8,5 weeks of age. Fel-O-Guard 3 killed includes protection from rerhinotracheitis, calici virus and panleukopenia(distemper).

The most common feline vaccine combination, called a "three-in-one" contains feline viral rhinotracheitis ("rhino") also known as feline herpesvirus, feline calicivirus ("calici") and feline panleukopenia ("panleukopenia") is commonly referred to as FVRCP. Declawing

Its proponents depict it as a simple and painless operation, but it is neither simple or painless. Most people aren't aware that it's not just the claws that are removed. Declawing involves the amputation of the first joint of each toe, and as any amputee can tell you, the pain persists for months if not years. The only difference is your cat can't tell you it still hurts.

Conditions of the sale of a REGAL SIBERIAN is as follows:

Buyer accepts the responsibility for the care and the welfare of this kitten/cat for the lifetime of the animal. This kitten / cat will not be allowed outdoors unsupervised to insure it's health and safety. This animal will receive regular vet visits and will be given top quality medical care.
Buyer agrees never to declaw this kitten/cat, unless approval is granted in writing by breeder, and understands that declawing is a mutilation and cruelty that is likely to alter the kitten's/cat's temperament and health.
Buyer agrees that if any of the terms of this agreement are violated, breeder may reclaim this kitten without refund of purchase price. The buyer agrees to pay all court costs if this contract is litigated, and that any suit shall be filed and tried in Virginia under the law of Virginia.
Regal Siberian Cattery must be contacted if at any time during the kitten / cat's life the buyer is unable to keep the kitten.

The buyer agrees never to sell this kitten nor it's offspring to, or through any pet store, animal shelter, or for research.

This kitten will never be placed in an animal shelter.

REGAL SIBERIAN CATTERY WILL TAKE KITTEN/CAT BACK IF BUYER IS UNABLE TO KEEP KITTEN/CAT WITH OUT REFUNDING PAID FEE.

Pets should be altered by 8 months of age. Registration papers will be held until a copy of a receipt from a licensed Veterinarian indicating the animal has been altered is received by Regal Siberian ( as a pet only). Regal Siberian Cattery guarantees kittens for genetic defects if that said defect is evidenced in an autopsy report from vet clinic (FIP virus and FeLV virus are not genetic defects). Regal Siberian will replace that kitten with another of the same type (pet / breed / show).
